1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European Union consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason.

2. Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), receive the product.

3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, products must be returned:

  • Within 14 days of delivery
  • In their original, unopened condition
  • With original packaging intact
  • With proof of purchase

To initiate a return:

  2. We will provide you with return instructions and a return address
  3. Package the product securely in its original packaging
  4. Ship the product back to us using a trackable shipping method

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

6. Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for the cost of returning the product unless the product was defective or we made an error. We will reimburse return shipping costs if the return is due to our mistake.

7. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been opened or used
  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
  • Products returned after the 14-day withdrawal period
  • Products without proof of purchase

8. Defective Products
