We currently ship to addresses within the Netherlands and select European Union countries. All shipments originate from our facility in Utrecht, Netherlands.
2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after order confirmation. Processing time may be longer during holidays or peak periods.
3. Delivery Times
Netherlands: 2-3 business days after processing
EU Countries: 5-7 business days after processing
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location, weather conditions, and carrier performance.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Standard shipping rates apply unless otherwise stated.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.
6. Delivery Issues

7. Undeliverable Packages
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, it will be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
